Ingredients

For 4 persons

Meat Balls

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion (medium Size)
  • 3 tablespoons Roasted White Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Appropriate amount of pepper

For Stewing

  • 2 cups tomatoes (peeled with hot water and diced roughly)
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 piece each carrot and celery
  • 12 small onions
  • Appropriate amounts of salt and pepper
  • Parsley, if applicable
Directions
  • (Make the meat balls.) Mince onions, mix them well with other ingredients, and make bite-Sized balls.
  • Heat a pan without oil and cook the meat balls from (1) to harden the surface.
  • Cut the carrot and celery for stewing into bite-Sized pieces.
  • Put the ingredients for stewing and the meat balls from (1) in the pot and stew for about 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste when carrot becomes soft.
  • Put the ingredients from (4) in a serving bowl and sprinkle with condiments such as parsley.
Tips
This is a hearty and satisfying meal with meat balls and plenty of vegetables.
