Oil Sardine Pinchos
Ingredients
For 4 persons
- 4 oil sardines
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon Pure Sesame Oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- 4 baguette slices
- Appropriate amount of chervil
Directions
- Slice red onion, sprinkle with vinegar and salt, and let sit for a while.
- Place the red onions on the baguette slices, top with the oiled sardine, drizzle with Pure Sesame Oil and black pepper, and serve with chervil.
