Canned Tuna Rillette
Ingredients
For 2 persons
- 1 canned tuna (70g)
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon Pure Sesame Oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- A pinch of pink pepper
- Proper quantity of bread of your choice
- Proper quantity of celery or other stick vegetables
- Proper quantity of Cornichons
Directions
- In a bowl, combine canned tuna, room temperature cream cheese, grain mustard, and Pure Sesame Oil; mix well until smooth. Season to taste with a pinch of salt, place in a cocotte, and sprinkle the top with coarsely ground black pepper and pink pepper.
- Slice a baguette or other piece of bread into proper size and garnish with celery or other vegetable sticks, cornichons, etc., if desired.
